Introducing Two New Portal Features

Two new features in the provider portal Gaps in Care section can help you easily track quality performance and identify members who may need support:

• Provider Quality Incentive Program (PQIP) Reporting: View quality performance, compliance rates, incentives earned and opportunities to close gaps.
• Part D Stars Medication Adherence Dashboard: View adherence scores for diabetes, hypertension, and statin medications included in Part D Stars measures, to quickly identify members needing attention.

Log in to the VNS Health Provider Portal and click Gaps in Care to start using these features.
