Patients rely on our provider directory to know who to call, where to go, and how quickly they can be seen. Even small inaccuracies can make it harder for patients to reach your office, delay referrals, or trigger regulator concerns about access to care.  

To keep information current and avoid unnecessary outreach, please take a moment to log in to the provider portal and confirm that your practice details are accurate. Review your address, phone number, fax number, hours, accepting new patients status, and any changes in locations or affiliations.  

A quick directory confirmation is still needed even if you recently completed credentialing. This separate check ensures your information is current and accurately displayed to patients.  

Keeping your details up to date helps patients connect with you easily, supports timely referrals, and reduces the likelihood of follow‑up calls or compliance reviews. Directory accuracy is a shared responsibility, and your updates play an essential role in maintaining a reliable network.
