Annual Compliance Trainings Due by Dec. 31
Model of Care (MOC) Training and Attestation
To maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, participating Medicare providers must complete annual Model of Care (MOC) training and submit the associated attestation by December 31.
Applies to: Physicians, LHCSAs, DME providers, MOV, Chores, and PERS providers.
Action Required:
- Review the Model of Care Training
- Submit the attestation form confirming completion
Note: Independent Physician Associations (IPAs) may attest as a single entity if training information is shared with affiliated providers.
Cultural Competency Training
To support culturally responsive care and meet New York State Department of Health (DOH) requirements, all providers participating with VNS Health Total, VNS Health MLTC, and SelectHealth must complete annual Cultural Competency Training by December 31.
Applies to: All participating providers in the VNS Health Total, VNS Health MLTC, and SelectHealth provider networks.
Action Required:
- Review the training and attestation process
- Access the training platform via Think Cultural Health
- Sign in securely using Login.gov when prompted
- Complete the training and retain confirmation of completion for your records
